Jean High Speed Wireless Internet and Wi-Fi

Are you looking for High Speed Internet Service in Jean for a convention or temporary event?

isp.net's Wireless Microwave Network covers Jean, and we will be in Jean to provide full scale High Speed Wireless Internet access for any need.

isp.net has been providing quality internet access to Las Vegas and surrounding areas for more than 20 years. isp.net is the top provider of High Speed Wireless Microwave Internet to suburban communities in Clark County, and beyond. isp.net's network is designed with flexibility and unmatched redundancy. This helps to ensure a dependable, high performance internet connection. isp.net's High Speed Wireless Microwave network is also top tier, and can achieve speeds up to 1 Gbps without issues—speeds comparable to fiber optic cable.

The areas that our network services in Nevada are far and wide. They comprise and extend past the Las Vegas Metro Area, Primm Valley, Mesquite, and Pahrump. We can reach any area in the State, including remote desert locations. We can also install connections in almost any type of building, business area, hotel or motel convention facilities, private rooms, and other areas. isp.net is able to provide services to locations that might be considered to be other than routine, such as recreational areas, arenas, stadiums, plots of land, RV lots, gazebos, summerhouses, and more.

Our network is always expanding.  It has grown substantially over the past decade and a half. With our expansion, we have brought on additional staff, providing hi-tech jobs and increasing our capabilities to manage our growing complex resources.

isp.net's Wireless Network consists of a series of radio relays located in towers and other elevated, stable places. Microwave radio transmissions are broadcast in a line of sight path and bounced off of towers until the signal reaches its destination point. Microwave transmissions travel at close to the speed of light, and can travel a shorter, more efficient route than fiber cable, in some circumstances. Because of the wireless aspect of our network, isp.net is able to provide High Speed Internet service to locations where some other ISPs cannot, such as in regions where a high speed fiber optic cable infrastructure has not been installed. In such a case, it could be expensive or otherwise prohibitive to have fiber cable installed.

With High Speed Wireless Microwave Internet, there is no hassle. A connection can be installed in one day, in some cases. Maintenance of the wireless connection is also not a problem. With isp.net's High Speed Wireless Microwave Internet you will be able to avoid the potential expense and hassle of fiber cable installation while still getting the benefits of quality High Speed Internet access.

Microwave Internet can sometimes be faster than cable. A city wide fiber optic cable network does not necessarily traverse a line-of-sight path. The signal must also travel through hardware such as switches and routers. Signals move from a starting point to a destination point within fiber optic cable and by microwave radio transmission at similar speeds, if the distance traversed from the beginning point to the destination point is the same. Because fiber optic cable is not necessarily set up to travel in a line-of-sight path, it is possible that the distance a signal traverses to reach its destination point through fiber optic cable can be longer than by microwave transmission because the route is less direct. When the distance traversed from the beginning point ("point A") to the destination point ("point B") is longer for fiber optic cable than for microwave transmission (because the fiber optic cable takes a less direct route than a line of sight path), microwave transmission can potentially achieve a higher speed from point A to point B because the distance traversed by microwave transmission is shorter.

Using wireless transmission instead of cable has other advantages. Because wireless transmission does not rely on physical cables, there are no cables (and less hardware) that can fail, get damaged, or require additional maintenance over distances covered by this type of network system. This can mean potential for superior reliability, without regard to redundancy of the network's design. Latency characteristics of microwave networks can also, in some cases, be more favorable than fiber cable because the signal passes through less hardware and there are fewer conversions between copper and fiber optic light.

isp.net's High Speed Wireless Microwave Network is designed for 99.999 uptime reliability. We do this by using Licensed Carrier-Grade Radios on major backbone points; alerting of errors on all equipment that allow for pro-active management; incorporating redundant power; by standardizing all equipment and keeping it in a cold spare state in the event of equipment failure; and by using multiple transit links to each radio tower utilizing "Open Shortest Path First" and mesh topology for redirection to standby back up routes in the event of interference in signal path.

Our technical support staff is available at any time to help resolve all questions or issues that occur in any location. They are trained, knowledgeable, and available to provide service every day of the year. isp.net's technical staff will ensure that your wireless connection stays up no matter the weather conditions, site location, or the time of day.
