Common questions about MultiNet

Can't find what you need? Email sales@isp.net or call 702.900.0000 — our Las Vegas team is available 24/7.

MultiNet is isp.net's internet service for apartment complexes, condos, and other multi-unit buildings across Southern Nevada. We install building-wide connectivity so residents can sign up for high-speed isp.net internet — with optional bulk pricing through an HOA or property manager.

That is fine. MultiNet is designed to give residents another competitive option — not necessarily to replace your current provider on day one. Additional choice often improves pricing and service quality across the market. Residents who want isp.net can choose it; those happy with another provider are unaffected.

Yes. As of April 2022, the FCC invalidated many exclusivity agreements that blocked alternative providers in multi-tenant buildings (see FCC 22-12). Residents can typically add isp.net as an option even when another vendor holds a bulk contract — contact sales@isp.net to review your property's specific situation.

We install a compact microwave dish — about the size of a dinner plate — on the building to serve tenants. It connects to a small equipment enclosure (roughly 9" × 9" × 12") that houses the network gear.

Setup models include:

  • Bulk / HOA-covered — the property arranges service and residents activate their unit
  • Resident choice — the property permits isp.net installation and residents subscribe individually

Our team surveys the site first and coordinates access with property management.

isp.net has built a large microwave footprint across Las Vegas over decades of operation. That local infrastructure — plus efficient multi-tenant network design — helps us deliver strong speeds at competitive resident pricing compared with many legacy apartment internet bundles.

Exact pricing depends on the building, plan tier, and whether service is bulk or resident-direct. Call 702.900.0000 or email sales@isp.net for a quote.

No. MultiNet is built for properties that lack fiber or want an alternative to trenching new lines. isp.net microwave backhaul delivers high-speed connectivity to the building, then distributes service to residents through the installed network.

Bulk / HOA model — The property or HOA negotiates building-wide pricing; residents activate their unit under that agreement.

Resident-direct model — The property grants installation access and residents sign up individually with isp.net at standard residential rates.

Some properties start with resident choice and move to bulk pricing once uptake grows. Our sales team can walk through both models during a site survey.

Yes. MultiNet uses isp.net's local network with routing tuned for low latency and consistent throughput — a meaningful difference for gaming, video calls, and large uploads compared with oversubscribed shared apartment Wi-Fi.

Property managers and HOAs should contact sales@isp.net or call 702.900.0000 to schedule a site survey. Residents in a connected building can check service at their unit address using the lookup form on this page or sign up through Portal.isp.net.
