High-Speed Internet, Expertly Installed.
We use advanced Fixed Microwave technology to beam high-speed internet directly to your home. Our installation philosophy is simple: Get the best signal possible, as cleanly as possible.
Plus, with our "No Signal, No Charge" guarantee, if we can't establish a great connection, you won't be charged a dime.
How Fixed Microwave Internet Works
Unlike cable or satellite, our service relies on a direct Line of Sight (LOS) connection to our local Points of Presence (POPs). To establish this link, we install a compact receiver—typically about the size of a dinner plate—at the optimal point on your roof to ensure an unobstructed view.
Once the receiver is mounted, we run a network cable neatly from the roof to the exact location inside your structure where you need internet delivered. While the signal dictates the placement, our technicians are experts at balancing maximum signal integrity with a clean, professional installation.
Residential Installation Types
We respect your home's aesthetic while ensuring the reliability of your connection.

Single Family Home
For most Las Vegas homes, the roof offers the clearest line of sight to our towers.
- Tile Mount System: We use specialized non-invasive mounts designed specifically to slide under your roof tiles, ensuring a secure hold without causing leaks or damage.
- Scaled to Your Signal: Receiver size varies based on your distance from our tower. We use the smallest antenna possible that guarantees a stable connection.
- Clean Runs: We use high-quality UV-rated cabling, neatly traced and secured to minimize visibility on your exterior walls.

Apartment (Shared Roof)
The cleanest option for tenants. We work with management to install a master receiver on the roof.
- Zero Clutter: Nothing installed on your balcony or patio.
- Existing Wiring: We utilize the building's existing internal wiring whenever possible to bring service to your unit.
- Building Friendly: We advocate for this method with HOAs to preserve the building's uniform look.

Apartment (Balcony)
If a shared roof install isn't available, we bring the signal to your exclusive-use area.
- Non-Penetrating: We use clamp mounts or weighted tripod stands that do not damage railings or walls.
- Placement: The device must be placed where it has a clear view of our tower.
- OTARD Compliant: Fully protected by FCC regulations.
What to Expect: The Installation Process
Scheduling & Arrival
Once your quote is accepted, you can schedule your installation online or by phone. If you haven't created a portal account yet, please click here to create one or follow the link in the email sent to you. On the day of your appointment, you'll receive a text with your technician's photo, profile, and a live tracking link so you know exactly when to expect us.
The On-Site Consultation
Installations typically take 2–3 hours (an adult 18+ must be present). Our technician will inspect the roof for the best line of sight and discuss cable routing options with you. We review the entire plan—confirming both signal quality and aesthetics—before any work begins.
Activation & Verification
Once the hardware is mounted, our network engineering team remotely onboards your equipment to ensure it meets ordered specifications. We perform final speed tests and verify all services are active and stable before we leave.
Ongoing Local Support
After installation, you'll receive a link to rate your technician. We want to be your trusted local provider—if you ever have questions, we are available 24/7 via text or phone at 702-900-0000 or support@isp.net.
HOAs, Landlords & The FCC OTARD Rule
We know HOAs can be strict. That is why our first choice is always to work with the HOA for a hidden, shared roof installation (Option 2 above). It looks better for everyone.
However, if your HOA or landlord does not allow a shared roof install, the FCC OTARD Rule (Over-the-Air Reception Devices) federally protects your right to install internet reception devices in areas you have exclusive use of—like your balcony or patio.
"Per FCC regulations, HOAs and landlords cannot unreasonably delay, prevent, or increase the cost of installing reception devices in exclusive-use areas."
Our Promise: If we must install on your balcony, we will make it as tidy and unobtrusive as physically possible.
Business & Enterprise Standards
Reliability meets professional curb appeal. We use Enterprise-Grade Fixed Wireless Radios for maximum throughput.

Commercial Roof Installation
We understand that "Internet Down" means "Business Closed." Our business installs prioritize redundancy and building integrity.
- Non-Penetrating Sleds: We use weighted mounts on flat roofs to avoid drilling holes, preserving your roof warranty.
- Licensed Electricians: Our installers are licensed professionals, ensuring every cable run meets strict electrical and safety codes.
- Conduit Protection: Exterior cables are encased in rigid conduit for protection and a clean professional look.

Professional Demarcation
The installation doesn't stop at the roof. We ensure your IT closet looks better than we found it.
- Clean Demarcations: We take pride in organizing your service hand-off, leaving your server room cleaner than we found it.
- Rack Mounting: We provide rack-mountable power supplies and routers.
- Labeling: All cables and devices are clearly labeled for your IT team.
Technical Installation Methods
Specific mounting solutions tailored to your building's architecture.

Flat Roof (Non-Penetrating)
We use a specialized non-penetrating roof mount secured with ballast to protect your property.
- Roof Protection: We place a rubber mat underneath to protect the roof membrane.
- Ballast System: Secured typically with cinder blocks, ensuring stability without drilling holes.

Parapet Wall Mount
Ideal for flat roofs with surrounding walls, providing a sturdy and clean install.
- Structural Mounting: We use C-channel to mount a rigid pole directly to the structural wall.
- Clean Aesthetic: Keeps equipment off the roof surface and often hidden from street view.

Tile Roof Mount
Specialized mounting for tiled residential roofs.
- No Penetration: We affix a specialized mount that allows for no penetration.
- Secure Fit: A solid mount weighted down from the clamping to the roof, ensuring stability.

Cable Entrance & Professional Routing
We run outdoor UV shielded cable along the building, neatly affixed and heavily tested for reliability. The cable is properly grounded to both the radio and the building's ground system for safety.
- Entry Points: We prioritize non-invasive entry, often utilizing existing vents to avoid drilling. If a penetration is required, it is professionally sealed.
- Note: Advanced internal routing, such as wall fishes or attic crawls, is available for an additional fee.
Great service and attention to detail. They came in and went through every step with us as a business. Great customer service, the service it self has been great as well. Highly appreciated and recommended. Make sure you ask for Mark when you call, he'll get you all set up.
Carl did an outstanding job installing our new satellite and getting our internet set up. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the entire system was working perfectly before he left. His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail really stood out. We're very grateful for the smooth experience--thank you, Carl!
I've had ISP.net for 10 years. I'm a residential customer and when I say I've never had an outage or slow uploads/downloads speeds belive me. I kinda chuckle at all the comments out their who have the bigger know names for service when they complain about service, price and reliability I wish I could tell them get ISP.net. pricing is very competitive for the what's out there. If I do need to call about change of email or phone number I speak to someone right away and I love that its a local business. Give them a call and try it out.
Service was done in a timely and professional manner. He explained the job intentions and made sure wifi was up and working.
