High-Speed Internet, Expertly Installed.
We use advanced Fixed Microwave technology to beam high-speed internet directly to your home. Our installation philosophy is simple: Get the best signal possible, as cleanly as possible.
Plus, with our "No Signal, No Charge" guarantee, if we can't establish a great connection, you won't be charged a dime.
How Fixed Microwave Internet Works
Unlike cable or satellite, our service relies on a direct Line of Sight (LOS) connection to our local Points of Presence (POPs). To establish this link, we install a compact receiver—typically about the size of a dinner plate—at the optimal point on your roof to ensure an unobstructed view.
Once the receiver is mounted, we run a network cable neatly from the roof to the exact location inside your structure where you need internet delivered. While the signal dictates the placement, our technicians are experts at balancing maximum signal integrity with a clean, professional installation.
Residential Installation Types
We respect your home's aesthetic while ensuring the reliability of your connection. Click any photo to enlarge.

For most Las Vegas homes, the roof offers the clearest line of sight to our towers.
- Tile Mount System: We use specialized non-invasive mounts designed specifically to slide under your roof tiles, ensuring a secure hold without causing leaks or damage.
- Scaled to Your Signal: Receiver size varies based on your distance from our tower. We use the smallest antenna possible that guarantees a stable connection.
- Clean Runs: We use high-quality UV-rated cabling, neatly traced and secured to minimize visibility on your exterior walls.

The cleanest option for tenants. We work with management to install a master receiver on the roof.
- Zero Clutter: Nothing installed on your balcony or patio.
- Existing Wiring: We utilize the building's existing internal wiring whenever possible to bring service to your unit.
- Building Friendly: We advocate for this method with HOAs to preserve the building's uniform look.

If a shared roof install isn't available, we bring the signal to your exclusive-use area.
- Non-Penetrating: We use clamp mounts or weighted tripod stands that do not damage railings or walls.
- Placement: The device must be placed where it has a clear view of our tower.
- OTARD Compliant: Fully protected by FCC regulations.
What to Expect: The Installation Process
Scheduling & Arrival
Once your quote is accepted, you can schedule your installation online or by phone. If you haven't created a portal account yet, please click here to create one or follow the link in the email sent to you. On the day of your appointment, you’ll receive a text with your technician's photo, profile, and a live tracking link so you know exactly when to expect us.
The On-Site Consultation
Installations typically take 2–3 hours (an adult 18+ must be present). Our technician will inspect the roof for the best line of sight and discuss cable routing options with you. We review the entire plan—confirming both signal quality and aesthetics—before any work begins.
Activation & Verification
Once the hardware is mounted, our network engineering team remotely onboards your equipment to ensure it meets ordered specifications. We perform final speed tests and verify all services are active and stable before we leave.
Ongoing Local Support
After installation, you'll receive a link to rate your technician. We want to be your trusted local provider—if you ever have questions, we are available 24/7 via text or phone at 702-900-0000 or support@isp.net.
HOAs, Landlords & The FCC OTARD Rule
We know HOAs can be strict. That is why our first choice is always to work with the HOA for a hidden, shared roof installation (Option 2 above). It looks better for everyone.
However, if your HOA or landlord does not allow a shared roof install, the FCC OTARD Rule (Over-the-Air Reception Devices) federally protects your right to install internet reception devices in areas you have exclusive use of—like your balcony or patio.
Our Promise: If we must install on your balcony, we will make it as tidy and unobtrusive as physically possible.
