Why is a fax machine still the bottleneck?
A contract, a medical form, or a vendor still sends a fax. The machine is in one room, out of paper, and the person who needed the document is not standing there.
One machine, one room:
The fax number rings a box in a closet. If that person is out, the document waits.
Toner and paper are the product:
A missed fax is often a supply problem, not a phone problem.
No record in the inbox:
A paper fax is not in email. Nobody can search it later.
A separate fax line:
Another bill, another device, and another thing that fails on a Friday.
What fax to email actually does
Fax to email on isp.net is Virtual Fax. Send and receive faxes through the isp.net Portal. No physical fax machine. Inbound faxes are delivered to email, so the document shows up where the work already is. Staff who need their own fax number can have one, instead of sharing the machine at the front desk.
Buyers also search this as virtual fax, online fax, and fax-to-email. It is the same feature. It rides the VoiceNet Advanced phone system, not a third-party fax website with its own login and its own support queue.
Order Fax to email on VoiceNet Advanced
This is not a separate box to order. Virtual Fax sends and receives through the isp.net Portal, and inbound faxes are delivered to email. It is included on VoiceNet Advanced, isp.net's hosted PBX for Southern Nevada offices. The Las Vegas team installs the phones, ports the number, and turns the feature on. Local support, 24/7, at 702.900.0000.
VoiceNet Advanced runs on isp.net's telephony infrastructure. Voice traffic is prioritized on our network, with redundant switches across Las Vegas datacenters. The full list is on PBX features.

Great service and attention to detail. They came in and went through every step with us as a business. Assisted and did everything in their power to help with any concerns and assisted us in moving carriers as well as doing a follow up from start to finish. Everything was done very quickly and with care. The staff were friendly especially our salesperson! Mathew helped the most and was very attentive throughout the whole process and is a great experience in general
Great customer service, the service it self has been great as well. Highly appreciated and recommended. Make sure you ask for Mark when you call, he'll get you all set up.
Carl did an outstanding job installing our new satellite and getting our internet set up. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the entire system was working perfectly before he left. His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail really stood out. We're very grateful for the smooth experience--thank you, Carl!
I've had ISP.net for 10 years. I'm a residential customer and when I say I've never had an outage or slow uploads/downloads speeds belive me. I kinda chuckle at all the comments out their who have the bigger know names for service when they complain about service, price and reliability I wish I could tell them get ISP.net. pricing is very competitive for the what's out there. If I do need to call about change of email or phone number I speak to someone right away and I love that its a local business. Give them a call and try it out.
Service was done in a timely and professional manner. He explained the job intentions and made sure wifi was up and working.
